Key Considerations
- Maximum altitude limited by single-engine service ceiling (weight/temperature dependent)
- Drift-down procedure: maintain speed, allow altitude to decrease to engine-out ceiling
- Asymmetric thrust requires rudder trim
- Fuel planning: increased consumption at lower altitude, asymmetric fuel burn
