Dual Eng Fail/Stall
Condition: Engine speed for both engines is below idle.

Memory Items 🔴
CAUTION
MEMORY ITEMS — MUST BE COMPLETED FROM MEMORY
- FUEL CONTROL switches (both) … CUTOFF, then RUN
- RAM AIR TURBINE switch … Push and hold for 1 second
Reference Items 🟢
- Step 3: Set airspeed above 240 knots
- Step 4: APU selector (if APU available) … START, then ON
- Step 5: If volcanic ash is suspected:
- → Go to Volcanic Ash checklist (page 7.40), return when directed
- Step 6: Engines can accelerate to idle very slowly, especially at high altitudes. If N2 is steadily increasing and EGT stays within limits, do not interrupt the start.
- Step 7: When one engine is running → Go to Step 8
- Step 8: FUEL CENTER PUMPS switches (both) … Off
- Step 9: Wait 5 seconds

- Step 11: When the HEAT PITOT L+C+R message blanks:
- PRIMARY FLIGHT COMPUTERS disconnect switch … DISC, then AUTO
- This step restores the flight control normal mode.
- Re-engage the autopilot as needed when flight control normal mode is restored.

Notes & Gotchas
WARNING
- Step 1의 CUTOFF, then RUN 순서가 핵심 — 연료 라인을 리셋한 후 재공급
- Step 2의 RAT 전개 — 유압/전기 백업 확보 필수
- 240 knots 이상 유지 — Windmill relight에 필요한 최소 속도
- 고고도에서는 엔진 재시동이 매우 느림 — N2가 꾸준히 올라가고 EGT 한계 내이면 중단하지 말 것
